Birdie Cornbread

Ingredients
1 bag cornbread mix (Glutino Yankee Cornbread - Gluten Free)
puree from 1 kiwi and 1/2 mango
1 egg beaten
2 small baby food jars (pear and blueberries/Mango and carrots - Organic with no additives other than citric and absorbic acid)
Water (to thin baby food)
6 tbspn coconut oil (instead of butter)
1/2 apple chopped to tiny pieces
1/4 papaya chopped to tiny pieces
about 3 tbspn papaya seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds

 Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 425 F.
2. Pour the baby food into a measuring cup and add water to equal 1 1/3 cups.
3. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
4. Pour into bread pan and bake for 30 minutes.

NOTES: While this bread recipe has been modified to make a healthy bread for a pet bird, it is also safe for human consumption.
