Ingredients (Donuts)
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, softened
Ingredients (Glaze)
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 T water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Direction (Donuts)
1. Preheat oven to 325 F (165 C).
2. Stir donut dry ingredients together in a medium-sized bowl3. Add donut wet ingredients and beat on low speed until combined into batter.
4. Spoon into a donut pan. (A donut hole pan or a mini-muffin pan will also work).
5. Bake until donuts spring back when touched, 8 to 10 minutes
Directions (Glaze)
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper
2. In a small bowl, beat glaze ingredients until smooth.
3. Dip warm donuts into glaze, letting excess drip back into the bowl.
4. Place glazed donuts on prepared baking sheet to cool.
