Cobbler

Ingredients (Crumbs) 
1 egg
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal (if desired)
3/4 cup flour (or 1 cup, if omitting oatmeal)
2 T. butter (melted)

Ingredients (Filling)
selected fruit

sugar (if required)
cinnamon (if required)

Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
2. Cover bottom of dish with desired fruit, mixed with sugar and/or cinnamon as required.
3. Mix egg, sugar, oatmeal, and flour in medium bowl, and distribute across top of fruit.
4. Drizzle melted butter across top of cobbler.

5. Bake at 350 degrees until crumbs are no longer runny.

Possible Fruits
Apples - Cinnamon and Sugar

Blueberries - Sugar 
Cherries - Sugar
Peaches - Sugar (omit if peaches are canned)
