Pecan Pie

Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup Karo syrup
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp melted butter
1 cup pecan halves
8 to 9 in unbaked pie crust

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In medium bowl, whisk the eggs.
3. Whisk in the brown sugar, salt, and vanilla.
4. Add the Karo syrup and continue to whisk.
5. Add the melted butter and whisk the mixture until smooth.
6. Add the pecans and blend with a rubber or silicon spatula.
7. Pour mixture into the pie crust.
8. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
