Cake in a Mug

Ingredients
4 Tsp flour
9 Tsp hot chocolate mix
1 pinch salt
1 egg
3 Tsp hot water
3 Tsp oil
cooking spray

Directions
1. Spray a little cooking spray into the mug.
2. Add flour, hot chocolate mix, and salt to mug, and stir.
3. Crack the egg into the mug, and mix slightly.
4. Add water and oil.
5. Stir until thoroughly moistened.  Make sure to scrape the bottom as well.
6. Cook in microwave on high for three minutes.
7. Remove cake from mug and break into quarters to cool before eating.
