Ingredients
Green Tomatoes
Cornmeal
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Salsa (not Fruit Salsa)
Sour Cream
Directions
1. Mix in cornmeal, flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Slice the green tomatoes, and coat in cornmeal mixture.
3. Saute in light oil until brown on both sides, about 5 min per side, on medium to medium high heat.
4. Top with salsa and sour cream.
